There are over 500 bins now available on the list and many many more waiting to come up from the cellars. Our house Champagne is Champagne Bollinger, another family owned company just like ourselves and with it’s rich, biscuity style, a firm favorite with English champagne drinkers.

Great Clarets and Burgundies abound on the list, there are also some fine Italian wines, some of the greatest American and Australian wines to be savoured with the help of our team of Sommeliers. Each month Jeremy Goring selects a handful of wines which best compliments the dishes being served that month in the Dining Room. This gives him an opportunity to show off some of the glories of our cellar.
